Sunrise Triathlon OWS
Sunrise Triathlon OWS takes place on July 12, 2026 at American Legion Post 14, 5315 S. Lakeshore Dr, Shreveport, LA. The event offers multiple race formats and measured course distances.
- Sprint - 600 yard swim, 14 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
- Olympic - 1500 m swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Aquabike - 1500 m swim, 40 km bike
- Duathlon - 1.5 mile run, 14 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
Registration opens April 4, 2026 and closes June 15, 2026. Entry fees listed by the organizer are $85 for Sprint, Duathlon, and Aquabike, and $95 for the Olympic distance.
All competitors must hold a current USA Triathlon license or purchase one to compete. Racing age is determined as of December 31 of the competition year and should be confirmed with registration volunteers. The event will be held rain or shine. Courses are marked and measured with GPS but are not certified; it is each racer’s responsibility to know the course. Each participant receives an ankle timing chip issued at the registration area on race day. All USA Triathlon rules and regulations apply.
