Location and Course
The event starts and finishes at The Commons and the adjacent Little Debbie Park in Collegedale. The 7-mile and 5k runs take place mostly on Collegedale's scenic greenway, passing features like a pond, a tunnel, and a creek. The 5k walk consists of six loops on a sidewalk adjacent to the park, and the Kids' Dash uses a sidewalk loop within Little Debbie Park. The routes have no busy road crossings.
For Participants
The total event is capped at 450 participants, with individual caps for each distance. All participants receive a race shirt and a swag bag with snacks. All finishers get a medal. Proceeds benefit the Collegedale Veterans Memorial Park. The event features a Sunbelt Bakery costumed character, free parking, and several public restroom facilities.
