Sun Run - St. Louis
The Sun Run takes place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Forest Park Festival and Parking Plaza. The event raises funds for the Devoted Fund of SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital and supports community fundraising for pediatric care.
Participants may choose between a chip timed 5k and a casual 1 mile walk. Every run or walk registrant receives the event 10th anniversary shirt. The event offers an in-person Runner’s Village with local food and beverage vendors, family-friendly DJ and entertainment, jugglers, face painters, balloon artists, games, and other activities. In-person participants receive complimentary beverages and post-race food.
Registration options and fees are listed for in-person and virtual participation. Registration includes the Sun Run shirt and access to the Sun Run fundraising platform. Important registration dates include a virtual registration and guaranteed shirt size cut-off on Friday, Sept. 11, and an incentive fundraising swag cut-off on Sunday, Oct. 11. Packet pick-up is available on specified dates at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital for employees, at Fleet Feet Des Peres, and on event day in Runner’s Village.
