Logistics and fees
Published entry fees are $40 for the 10K, $35 for the 5K, and $15 for the 1 Mile. Prices increase after February 1, 2026. Packet pick up is available at the Downtown Summerville YMCA on the day before the event and on the event day. Child care is offered for a $10 fee during the event and can be added during registration.
The event is a fundraiser and does not offer refunds. In case of inclement weather, organizers will attempt a delay but will not delay more than one hour. School teams may register under a team captain to compete for a $300 prize for their media center. Participants who refer at least five friends may receive up to a $20 referral refund.
