About the race
The Summerville Family YMCA Shamrock Shuffle is a fundraising running event in Summerville, South Carolina, held at the Summerville Family YMCA, 208 W Doty Ave, on March 13, 2027. The event has run for over twenty years and supports health and wellness programs at the YMCA.

- 10K Run
- 5K Run
- 1 Mile Fun Run open to walkers, runners, and dancers
Proceeds support YMCA programs such as swim lessons for children, services that improve seniors' quality of life, and programs for cancer survivors. Child care is available for a $10 fee per child and can be purchased during registration; care hours are 7:00am to 11:00am.
Registration opens October 12, 2026 and closes November 12, 2026. Listed registration fees are $35 for the 10K, $30 for the 5K, and $12 for the 1 Mile Fun Run.
Packet pick up takes place at the Downtown Summerville YMCA, 208 W Doty Ave, with sessions on Friday, March 12 (10:00am to 7:00pm) and Saturday, March 13 (6:30am to 7:15am).
School teams may register under a team captain for a chance to win $300 for the school media center. As this is a fundraiser there are no refunds; in inclement weather the event may be delayed but not by more than one hour. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
