Summer Sun Run 5K : Kennesaw Grand Prix Race Series
The Summer Sun Run 5K is part of the Kennesaw Grand Prix Race Series and is scheduled for June 6, 2026. The event base is Kennesaw First Baptist Church, 2958 North Main Street, Kennesaw, GA 30144.
The 5K uses a USATF certified, paved course that passes through Swift Cantrell Park and continues into historic downtown Kennesaw. The route is described as flat and suitable for runners and walkers. The event includes additional distances and activities for different ages.

A race shirt is guaranteed only for registrations completed by Sunday, May 31; registrations continue after that date but shirts are not assured. Free public parking is listed at Adams Park and several downtown locations; limited parking is available in the back lots at Kennesaw First Baptist Church with access via Moon Station Road.
