About the race
Summer Speed Fest is a one-day track meet on June 13, 2026, at Mercy High School Track, 1437 Blossom Road, Rochester, NY 14610, USA. The meeting brings a selection of short and middle-distance races and a team relay to the track.
Events include:
- 400 m dash
- 1 mile
- 4x400 m relay (four runners per team, mixed or single gender)
- 5,000 m Invitational (capped at 18 runners; proof of a 5,000 m time at or under 19:00 or a comparable race time is required)
- Kids 100 m dash (age 10 and below; parents may walk near children)
Registration opens on April 20, 2026 and closes on June 11, 2026. The standard entry fee listed for adult events is $35 and a single fee may cover entry in multiple events; the kids 100 m has no fee.
The 4x400 m relay requires four participants but only one team member needs to register. Prizes are listed for top finishers: first through third places in the 400 m and 1 mile include overall and masters divisions, and first through third places are also awarded for the invitational 5,000 m. Prize announcements will be made during the meet.
