Summer Solstice 5K Run - Jensen Beach
The Summer Solstice 5K takes place at Indian Riverside Park, 1707 NE Indian River Drive, Jensen Beach, Florida, on June 20, 2026. The event is offered as an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K option.
Registration opens December 29, 2025. In-person registration closes June 13, 2026; virtual registration closes June 20, 2026. In-person registration is listed at $45 with a price increase after June 15; the virtual entry fee is listed at $30.
Course surfaces include paved roads, residential streets, and some concrete sidewalk. The event uses chip timing from start to finish, provides two on-course water stops, and offers post-race refreshments. Quality cotton/poly blend t-shirts are provided to the first 200 entrants. Finisher awards, age group awards every five years from 10 and Under through 80 and Over, and a selection of raffle prizes are included. Packet pickup is available at Fleet Feet Stuart on the Friday before the race.
A team competition runs alongside the race series. Teams consist of five to ten runners; team scoring uses the top five overall places summed, with the lowest total winning. Tie scores are broken by the sixth runner’s place. Race proceeds will benefit area cross country teams. The Summer Solstice 5K is one of three races in the Summer Sizzler series, which also includes the Downtown Dash 5K at Flagler Park in Stuart on July 26 and the Beach To Beach 5K in Jensen Beach on August 23.
