Sweat Bar Fitness Summer Slay 5K & 1 Mile Fun Walk
The event takes place on July 25, 2026, in Oakdale, Pennsylvania, with start and finish at Helicon Brewing, 102 Union Ave, Oakdale, PA 15071. The main race is a timed 5K and there is an untimed 1 mile family fun walk.
Distances:
- 5K - timed; registration fee $35
- 1 Mile - family fun walk; not timed; registration fee $25
The 5K course is an out-and-back route that uses 1.55 miles of the Panhandle Trail headed toward McDonald and then returns to the starting point. Shirts are provided for participants who register by the shirt deadline; the shirts are soft blend unisex t-shirts labeled Summer Slay 5K.
Day-of packet pickup will be available. Registered participants will receive additional event information by email a day or two before the race. Registration opens January 22, 2026 and closes July 24, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
