Summer MoCo 5K & 10K
The Summer MoCo 5K and 10K is scheduled for July 26, 2026, at 1120 Jackson Rd in Silver Spring, Maryland. The course uses the trails at Martin Luther King Jr. Recreational Park and is presented as both in-person runs and virtual participation options.

Proceeds from the event benefit Girls on the Run Montgomery County Maryland. That program uses trained volunteer coaches to deliver research based lessons that combine physical activity with life skill development. Lessons include managing emotions, fostering friendships, and expressing empathy.
