Sullivan Lake Triathlon 2026
Sullivan Lake Triathlon 2026 is scheduled for August 1, 2026, at Noisy Creek Campground USFS in the Sullivan Lake Recreational Area of the Colville National Forest near Ione, Washington. The event is a sprint triathlon with separate youth and team categories.
Race segments are:
- Swim: 1/3 mile from the Noisy Creek Campground boat launch.
- Bike: 12 miles on Sullivan Lake Road, turnaround at Mill Pond Campground.
- Run: 1.5 miles out to Harvey Creek Bridge and back to Noisy Creek Day Use Area.
All participants receive a t-shirt, swim cap and racing bib. Those who finish the Sullivan Lake Triathlon receive a finisher's medal.
The event includes a Youth Super Sprint and an Adult Team category alongside the main Sullivan Lake Triathlon. The triathlon runs under a Special Use Permit from the Colville National Forest. Directions provided for the site note travel from Spokane: head about 90 miles north, take Highway 31 toward Ione, turn onto Sullivan Lake Road roughly one mile south of Ione, and follow it 8.2 miles to the campground entrance on the south end of Sullivan Lake.
