SudburyROCKS!!! Marathon : May 24, 2026
The event takes place Sunday, May 24, 2026 in downtown Sudbury, Ontario, with the start and finish on Minto Street at 200 Brady Street beside Tom Davies Square. The race is organized by volunteers and the SudburyROCKS!!! Running Club. Proceeds from the 2026 event will support cancer care through the Health Sciences North Foundation.
The race began in 2005. Since then it has raised more than $1 million for local charitable organizations and attracts more than 2,000 participants annually. The event is described as Northern Ontario’s largest competitive running event and is supported by sponsors, including presenting sponsor Ionic Mechatronics.
Multiple race formats are offered, including an option for children and a team relay. The full marathon is a Boston Qualifier and teams of up to eight runners may complete the full 42K course as a relay.
