About the race
The Stuytown Turkey Trot is an annual community 5K run/walk scheduled for November 21, 2026 at Stuytown Oval, 18 Stuyvesant Oval, New York, NY 10009. The event is hosted by StuyFitness and takes place rain or shine.
The event format is a 5K run/walk. Entry includes a T-shirt, medal, and race bib. A "Hit Snooze" option is available to receive the official shirt and medal without participating in the run/walk. Kids aged 9 and under register free. Personalized bibs are provided to those registered at least three weeks before the event; last-minute registrants (within 24 hours) receive their bib number by text.
On-course rules restrict skates, skateboards, bicycles, and non-service animals for safety. Amenities include live online, email, and text results, free finish line photos, and wellness items from the host. Purchase Protection is offered as an optional add-on for qualifying unforeseen circumstances; fees and terms apply.
Awards include Top 1 male and female overall, age-group awards for standard decades and an 80+ category, best costume, and largest team. Registration fees are non-refundable and the event requires agreement to a standard participant waiver that covers assumption of risk, release of liability, and use of likeness for promotional purposes.
