Dog-Friendly Trail Run in Magnolia
The STRUTT with your MUTT 5k is a dog-friendly athletic event held at The English Country Barn in Magnolia, North Carolina. This trail-based event is designed for participants to complete a course alongside their dogs, with all proceeds benefiting Adoption First Animal Rescue. The routes are located on scenic trails and are intended to accommodate various fitness levels.
Participants can choose from the following event categories:
- 5k Fun Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
- Stroller Child (available for children aged 5 and under)
The 5k registration includes a race bib, a finisher's medal, a t-shirt, a goodie bag, and a finisher's beer for those aged 21 and over. Those participating in the 1 Mile event receive a finisher's medal, a goodie bag, and a finisher's beer for eligible adults. Prizes are awarded to the first, second, and third-place male and female finishers in the 5k category.
In addition to the run and walk, the event grounds feature a variety of post-race activities. These include a vendor village with pet-related products and services, a food truck, and a caricature artist.
