Pre-event bib collection is available at the Canberra and Region Visitor Information Centre between 7 and 11 November 2026; bibs can also be collected at the Stromlo Forest Park Event Hub on the event eve and on event days. Bibs are pick-up only and may be collected on behalf of another person.
The University of Canberra operates a recovery hub on event day staffed by physiotherapy students under supervision, providing free post-run support. The festival is supported by the ACT Government and partners with community and charity programs, including the Indigenous Marathon Foundation. There are no prize presentations on the day. Registered participants must run in their allocated start wave; changes during race weekend are not accepted and starting outside an allocated wave affects award eligibility and official result status.
