Strokes, Spokes & Strides is a sprint-distance triathlon held in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Entry, age and race inclusions

Individual entry price is listed as $85. Duathlon and Aquavelo entries are open to ages 12 and up. Relay pricing ranges from $0 to $120. Registered participants receive a short-sleeved race shirt, finisher medal, race bib and swag bag.
