Event Overview

Registration for the event is free for both distances, made possible by presenting sponsors TitleSmart and Executive Title. The first 500 registrants will receive a free T-shirt. Online registration ends on July 31, 2026, at 1:00 PM. On-site registration will be available on the event day from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM.
Both the 5k and 10k routes are set around Lake Harriet. The event also includes a memorial tent where attendees can share photos and written memories of loved ones lost to suicide. Donations are accepted during registration, and funds raised will be matched by the Tosa Foundation.
