Strength in Strides, Saugerties
Strength in Strides is a community 5K event held in Saugerties, New York, at Cantine Field on Sunday, April 26, 2026. The event supports Hudson Valley HIE-roes and aims to assist children diagnosed with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy in the Hudson Valley. Participants may walk, race, or roll in a 5K format.
The event program includes food, bouncy houses, entertainment, and raffles following the 5K. A fundraising page is available for those who wish to contribute without participating.

- Family of 2 adults and one or more children: $55 until 3/15, $65 after
- Group discount for 5 adults: $100 until 3/15, $125 after
Family and group discounts are applied automatically to qualifying carts prior to checkout. The event information notes that registration after April 10, 2025 does not guarantee a swag bag or shirt.
