Street Dog Hero Heros on the Run 5K
Street Dog Hero Heros on the Run is a dog-friendly running event taking place in Willamette Park, Portland on October 17, 2026. The main course is a 5K that runs through parts of Portland and includes a crossing of the Sellwood Bridge. Adoptable dogs will be on site during the event, and the finish area includes food, beverages, music, and opportunities to interact with puppies. Every participant receives one free hot dog.

- Kids Fun Run
All 5K and 10K participants receive a medal and a t-shirt. Kids Fun Run participants receive a bib. Strollers are allowed on the course.
