Strawberry 5K Run/Walk
The Strawberry 5K Run/Walk takes place on June 13, 2026, at Blue River Memorial Park in Shelbyville, Indiana. The route uses paved trails inside the park and is organized as a run/walk event.
Distances:
- 5K run/walk on paved trails
- 1/4 mile Shortcake Kids run, free
All finishers receive strawberry finisher medals. Strawberry-themed awards are given to the top three male and top three female overall, and awards are also presented three deep in each age group. Event t-shirts are available.
Participants can pick up strawberries along the course and bring them in for prizes; these items are not real strawberries. Strawberry and shortcake snacks are provided after the race.
