Storm The Castle Duathlon : event details
The Storm The Castle Duathlon takes place on 17 May 2026 at Ludlow Castle, Castle Square, Ludlow, Shropshire, SY8 1AY. The event is organised by Andali Events. For 2026 the race is based entirely within Ludlow Castle and its surrounding grounds, with every stage starting and finishing inside the castle walls. Entries open 1 September 2025 and close 15 May 2026.
Courses, ages and fees
- Full Storm: approx 10 km run, 33 km bike, 5 km run
- Sprint Storm: approx 5 km run, 23 km bike, 2.5 km run
- Junior Storm: 1 km fun run
Full and Sprint courses have a minimum age of 16 years. Junior Storm is for ages 13 and under; children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Entry fees are: Full £65, Sprint £45, Junior £7; relay fees are Full £90 and Sprint £55. Participants must hold a British Triathlon membership or purchase a single-use race pass and must hold the required race licence. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
