Storm the Castle Duathlon - Ludlow 2026

Now in its 12th year, Storm the Castle is a duathlon held at Ludlow Castle in Shropshire. New for 2026, every stage of the event starts and finishes within the castle walls and surrounding grounds. The event offers adult solo and relay options plus a junior event.

Full Storm: approx. 10 km run, 33 km bike, 5 km run.
Sprint Storm: approx. 5 km run, 23 km bike, 2.5 km run.
Junior Storm: Radnor Rascal 1 km fun run; 13 and under; 10 and under accompanied.

Entries open 1 September 2025 and close 15 May 2026. Published entry fees include: Full Course £65, Sprint Course £45, Junior Storm £7, Relay Full Course £90 per team, Relay Sprint Course £55 per team.

Participants must hold British Triathlon membership or purchase a single-use race pass and must hold the appropriate race licence. The event page notes an event disclaimer, cancellation and refund policy, and an optional XCover refund product.
