Event Overview

The Stop Drop and Run Fireman 5k is the 5th annual event, taking place in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. All events are held at North Strabane Township Park. All money raised by the event is donated to the North Strabane Township Fire Department.

Event Distances

The event offers three different distances:

5K Run
1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
50 Yard Kids Dash (for participants ages 10 and under)

Participant Details

Registration and packet pickup occur on the morning of the event. For the 5K and 1 Mile events, participants registered by a specific date are guaranteed a custom commemorative t-shirt, race bib, and medal. Those registering later are guaranteed a bib and medal, with shirts available but not guaranteed. All Kids Dash participants receive a finisher's award.

Awards

Awards for the 5K are presented to the top three overall men and women. Age group awards are also given to the top three boys and girls in several categories, ranging from 10 and under to 60+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
