Stop Drop and Roll 5K
Stop Drop and Roll 5K is scheduled for September 26, 2026, at the Summerfield Fire Department, 7400 Summerfield Rd, Summerfield, NC 27358. This is the 10th annual running of the event.
The event programme includes the following distances:
- 5K - 3.1 miles
- Sparky's Dash - 100 yards, lap around the fire station
Registration opens February 1, 2026. Registration for the 5K closes May 31, 2026. Registration for Sparky's Dash remains open until the day of the event. Published entry fees are $25.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for Sparky's Dash.
All 5K participants will receive a short-sleeved t-shirt and a finisher surprise. After the 5K, fresh warm chili will be served at the fire station free of charge.
Donations collected at the event will go to the Guilford Composite Squadron of Civil Air Patrol. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
