Stomp Out Human Trafficking takes place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Al Lopez Park, 4810 N. Himes Ave., Tampa, FL 33614. The event includes the following distances:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
- 5K Run/Walk - 12 & Under
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk - 12 & Under
Standard entry fees listed are $40 for the main events and $25 for the 12 & under events. The race is limited to 500 participants. To guarantee a race t-shirt, registration is recommended by March 10, 2026. The 5K will be chip timed; the 1 mile uses a running time clock.
Format, awards and logistics
Participants may register as individuals or in teams of three. Team divisions are Men, Women, and Mixed; the per-athlete price for teams is the same as for individual runners. Awards are planned for 5K overall male and female, top three in age groups (13 & under through 70+), top three teams, and top fundraisers for team and individual. The event is dog friendly.
Advance packet pick-up is offered at two locations in the days before the race (St. Pete and Tampa). Fundraising options include a free race entry for individuals who raise $100 and mailing a t-shirt to donors who give $40 or more. All proceeds go to Stop The Movement, a local nonprofit focused on ending human trafficking and youth online exploitation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
