Stomp Out Human Trafficking : event details
Stomp Out Human Trafficking takes place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Al Lopez Park, 4810 N. Himes Ave., Tampa, FL 33614. The event is organized to benefit Stop The Movement, a local non-profit focused on ending human trafficking and youth online exploitation. Proceeds will support preventative youth interventions, street outreach, community empowerment trainings, and assistance for survivors and at-risk women.

The event includes the following races:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
- 5K Run/Walk - 12 & Under
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk - 12 & Under
General entry information: standard adult price is $40 for the main events and $25 for the 12 & under events. Prices increase after March 7, 2026. Participation is limited to 500 entrants; a race t-shirt is guaranteed for registrations completed by March 10, 2026. Team entries are for teams of three, with Men, Women, and Mixed divisions; the team captain registers first and remaining runners join that team. The race is dog friendly.
Advance packet pick-up is offered at two locations on March 19 and March 20, with additional packet pick-up available at the park on race day. The 5K is chip timed. Awards are planned for overall male/female, age-group places, team places, and top fundraisers. Fundraising options include a free race entry for individuals who raise $100 or more; donors of $40 or more receive a t-shirt by mail.
