Stoga’s Case for Smiles 2nd Annual 5k Run & 1 Mile Walk
The event takes place on Sunday, November 16, 2025, in Wayne, PA at Wilson Farm Park (500 Lee Rd, Wayne, PA 19087). It includes the following events:

Each event has a listed entry fee of $30. The registration price increases after November 10, 2025.
Purpose, timing and amenities
The event raises money for Stoga’s Case for Smiles to purchase fabric for sewing pillowcases to brighten hospital rooms and to create Coping Boxes to support siblings of sick children. Stoga’s Case for Smiles is a Conestoga High School club that supports the volunteer organization Ryan’s Case for Smiles and its work to help children cope with illness.
Participants are offered a T-shirt (guaranteed for those who register by 11/9), refreshments, and awards for top finishers. Race timing will be provided by Bryn Mawr Racing Co., with official results posted by the timing company. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
