STL Work Zone Awareness Run
The STL Work Zone Awareness Run is a community event on April 25, 2026 in Chesterfield, Missouri. It is organized to raise awareness for safe driving in highway work zones as the spring construction season begins and coincides with Work Zone Awareness Week. The event is presented as a live gathering at the MoDOT Transportation Management Center, 14301 S Outer Forty Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63017, with additional virtual and sponsorship options.
The program includes running and walking distances, plus non-competitive participation choices:

A virtual "supporter" option is available so participants who are not present in person can receive event items and help promote work zone safety. Entry fees and sponsorship tiers are offered, including a sponsor level. Shipping is included for virtual supporter entries.
All in-person participants receive a short sleeve high visibility running shirt intended to improve visibility outdoors, plus an additional giveaway item to be determined.
