Stissing Triathlon
The Stissing Triathlon takes place in Pine Plains, New York, on Beach Road. The route runs through a historical small town with rolling hills and natural landscapes. The site is described as about two hours north of New York City and roughly halfway between the Hudson River and the New York/Connecticut border.
Event formats and distances include:
- Sprint Triathlon: 800 yard swim; 12.6 mile bike; 3.3 mile run.
- AquaBike: 800 yard swim; 12.6 mile bike.
- Relay Team (Triathlon): 800 yard swim; 12.6 mile bike; 3.3 mile run.
Registration for these events opens June 29, 2026 and closes July 6, 2026. Listed entry fees are $89 for the Sprint Triathlon and AquaBike, and $139 for the Relay Team entry. Relay teams may consist of two or three members and are accepted only for the triathlon event. Paratriathletes are welcome to enter. There are no cut off times for the races.
