Steps for Healing 5K Supporting CBC
Steps for Healing is a remembrance run and walk held on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Zoo Miami, 12400 SW 152 Street, Miami, FL 33177. The event raises funds for the Children’s Bereavement Center, which provides free grief support groups for children, teens and adults in South Florida.

A spectator registration option at Zoo Miami provides access to the Asia Field and the race start and finish area, all-day zoo admission, breakfast, kids activities and DJ entertainment.
Published registration fees include early pricing of $40 until September 15, $45 through November 6, and $55 for day-of registration. Reduced rates are listed for students and youth ($25 for ages 7–22), children ($20 for ages 3–6), and free admission for children under 3. The event supports individual and team fundraising; raising $1,680 is cited as the amount to sponsor one child in CBC programs for a year.
