Stepping for Life 5K : Event details
The Stepping for Life 5K is a 5-kilometer walk/run held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Meade County Fairgrounds, 884 Hillcrest Drive, Brandenburg, KY 40108. The event registration fee is $25. A course map is available through MapMyRun. Participants who register by October 24, 2025, will receive a race-day t-shirt; shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after that date.
Cause and awards
Proceeds support Meade-Breck Right To Life and are used for legislative efforts, to maintain Safe Haven Baby Boxes in Meade and Breckinridge counties, and to support pregnancy resource centers and local outreach. The event is connected with Clarity Solutions, a pregnancy help center in Elizabethtown that offers no-cost services such as lab-quality pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, sexual health consultations, pre-abortion appointments, an 18-month resource program for parents, and related support.
Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers, and medals will be awarded to the top male and female finishers across age categories from 14 & under through 70 & over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
