Event Details

The #StayActive 5k is a run and walk scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2026. It is organized by the Union County Health Department. All proceeds from the event benefit the department and its efforts to prevent youth food insecurity.

Course & Location

The race begins at Mill Creek Park, near the soccer fields. The route follows the Jim Simmons Trail into Mill Valley North and returns via a pedestrian bridge.

Registration & Participation

Registration is available for a 5k run/walk. The standard entry fee is $25, with a reduced fee of $20 for participants aged 18 and under. Pets on leashes and strollers are permitted. All registered participants receive a t-shirt, a medal, and a swag bag. To receive these items and an official race time, participants must be registered.

Additional Information

Packet pickup is available before the race on March 13 at the Union County Health Department in Marysville. Race day pickup is also available at the start/finish area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
