Stately Trails: Forcett is scheduled for 18 June 2026 at Forcett Hall, Forcett, North Yorkshire. The event offers two distance options:
- 5km
- 10km
The course is a 5km loop with an option to run two loops for the 10km. Walkers may enter the 5km. Entrant limit is 200. Age limits are 13+ for the 5km and 16+ for the 10km. Entry fees vary by membership status: 5km from £17/£19 and 10km from £22/£24.
Course and facilities
The route runs on estate trails, pasture fields, farm tracks and through woodland. Historic features on the course include estate boundary earthworks, a wall used for musket training and a Georgian grotto. The surface may be muddy and uneven in places; trail shoes are recommended. Course markings include orange barrier tape, pin flags and coloured arrow signs, with marshals at critical turns and road crossings. A water station is provided for 10km runners at the start of the second lap; 5km runners have water at the finish. Toilets will be available at Race HQ. Parking is on site with signage and marshals directing vehicles. No mandatory kit is required; poles are banned.
