Stately Trails: Forcett Park
This event takes place at Forcett Park and offers trail running and walking across an estate with historical features. The course is a two lap route that passes ancient Iron Age fortifications linked to Stanwick Camp, a wall used for musket training in the civil war, and a Georgian grotto. The surface includes pasture fields, farm tracks and woodland, and conditions may be muddy.
Distances available are listed below:
- 5 km run (age 13 or older)
- 5 km walk (age 13 or older)
- 10 km run (age 16 or older)
Courses are fully marked and the site provides car parking. Finish food will be available with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options if ordered on entry. Additional post race food for spectators can be ordered with entries. An optional coaster medal is available for £3.50.
Entry fees vary by distance and UKA membership status. Entries open and close on specified dates and age limits apply relative to the event date.
