About the race
The Orion Harriers Forest Five is a mile race series held at Jubilee Retreat, initiated in 2009 to support the Orion Harriers clubhouse. The 2025 series includes three Saturday morning races on June 7th, July 5th, and August 2nd. Participants can compete individually or in age categories, with trophies awarded for best aggregate times across the series and for top finishers in each race, including team awards.
The third race also serves as Orion Harriers' home fixture in the ELVIS competition. The event offers discounted entry fees for members of affiliated athletic organizations and accommodates up to 400 runners, fostering a competitive yet community-focused atmosphere.
