Course Information
The run and walk courses have separate routes to reduce congestion at the start. Both start and finish at the same line in Veterans Park. The run course goes around a lagoon and onto a pier. There is one aid station on the course that participants pass twice.
Additional Details
Proceeds from the event support Stars and Stripes Honor Flight, which funds trips for veterans to visit Washington, D.C. The 5K run and 5K ruck are chip-timed, with results available online. All participants receive a finisher's wooden award. Registration includes a t-shirt if registered by a specified date, and pre-assembled team packets are available for groups of five or more.
