The Stars and Stripes Honor Run & Walk takes place on August 23, 2026, at Veterans Park in Milwaukee, WI. The event includes multiple race options and supports the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight program. The event is produced and timed by Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC.

Course and participant instructions
The run and walk share the same start and finish area but follow different routes to reduce congestion. The walk course turns left to the end of the pier and returns directly to the finish. The run course turns right, follows the path around the lagoon, then proceeds to the pier and finish. Organizers ask participants not to walk or run more than two abreast and ask walkers and rollers to stay to the right to allow runners to pass. Both the 5K run and 1-mile walk are noted as a little short.
Logistics, timing and awards
Packet pickup requires a scannable email receipt; early pickup is encouraged. Teams of five or more by the specified deadline receive preassembled packets. The race is chip timed by Silver Circle. All finishers receive a finisher woodle; top three male and female finishers in five-year age groups receive a custom woodle and an awards ceremony will be held at the race.
