StarKid 5K and Family Fun Run

Registration for all events opens on March 1, 2026. Registration deadlines and fees vary by event: the 5K has a registration fee of $20 and a registration deadline on March 20, 2026; the Family Fun Run has a registration fee of $15 with a deadline on June 7, 2026; the 4 and Under Fun Run is offered with a 4T shirt for $10 or without a shirt for no fee, with a deadline on June 7, 2026.
Proceeds from the event support pediatric care at Inova Children's and benefit pediatric services across the Inova Health System. Funds for this year are directed to a pediatric patient and family support fund that provides financial assistance to families facing childhood illness or injury. Eligible uses for assistance include medical bills, utilities, transportation, respite care, and similar needs. The fund is 100% supported by philanthropy.
