Star Valley Half Marathon : Race Information
The Star Valley Half Marathon is scheduled for July 11, 2026 as the 16th annual running that includes a half marathon and a 5K. Proceeds from the event go to benefit local families in need. Results from the 2025 race are available on the event results page.
The course begins on the Heiner Family airfield in Turnerville. Runners head south for about two miles, then turn and head north as the route continues through rolling farmland in Turnerville and Bedford, finishing in Thayne at the elementary school.
The event format includes multiple distance options and a free Kids Fun Run on the morning of the race at the half marathon finish area in Thayne. The event takes place in Star Valley, Wyoming; the event location is associated with an address in Afton, WY.
