Star Valley Half Marathon - Race overview
The 16th annual Star Valley Half Marathon and 5K is scheduled for July 11, 2026 in Star Valley, Wyoming. The event lists two distances: a half marathon and a 5K.
The half marathon course begins at the airfield in Turnerville, proceeds south for two miles before turning and heading north, then winds through rolling farmland around Turnerville and Bedford before finishing in Thayne at the elementary school. A free Kids Fun Run is held the same morning at the half marathon finish area in Thayne.
Participation is open to runners, joggers, and walkers. Proceeds from the event go to benefit local families in need. Results from the 2025 race are available and a results page is maintained for past editions.
