Wyoming Range 100 Mile Endurance Run
The Wyoming Range 100 Mile Endurance Run is a point to point trail ultramarathon through Bridger Teton National Forest, running from Middle Piney Lake to Box Y Ranch. The course covers 105.7 miles with approximately 24,000 feet of elevation gain. The route includes 11 staffed aid stations and a 48 hour cutoff.
An event manual serves as the single source of race information for runners, pacers, crews, and volunteers; the manual is subject to change, typically because of post winter trail conditions. A GPX file and a course map are available for navigation. Organizers provide estimated aid station arrival times to help with planning.
The course is described as variable in surface and character; some sections depart from what participants might expect as typical trail. Aid stations are spaced at roughly ten mile intervals. The event operates with a stewardship partner, Friends of Bridger Teton, and it runs under a special use permit through the United States Forest Service.
Performance statistics for the event include an average finishing time near 41 hours and a historical finishing rate of about 75.6 percent. The race is recognized as a Hardrock qualifier. Pre race information sessions and updates are provided in the lead up to the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
