Stansted House Trail Run (Rowlands Castle, Hampshire)
The Stansted House Trail Run takes place within the grounds of Stansted Park near Portsmouth and uses woodland paths, open fields and gently rolling South Downs terrain. The route passes through forests and meadows with views of Stansted House and surrounding countryside, and wildlife such as deer and woodland birds are commonly noted along the trails.

- 10k Trail Run, 116m elevation
The course is described as mostly wide, runnable paths with small ups and downs and generally good footing. The event is chip timed and provides on-course water stations and refreshments, first aid cover at aid stations and the event centre, and marshals along the route. Signage on the course uses pink arrows and pink tape; hazards and road junctions are marked with caution signs.
Finish-line provisions include a high-quality metal finisher medal, a finisher goodie and a refreshing drink, plus a personalised certificate.
