Stansted House Trail Run : Stansted Park, Rowlands Castle (Hampshire)
The Stansted House Trail Run takes place within the grounds of Stansted Park in Rowlands Castle, Hampshire. The routes pass through woodland, open countryside and estate grounds, with views across the South Downs. Runners encounter tree-lined trails, fields dotted with wildflowers, and the historic architecture of Stansted House.
Distances offered include:
- 21.4 km (Half Marathon)
- 16.1 km
- 10.0 km
The course is mostly wide and runnable with gentle ups and downs. Elevation gain is provided for each distance and the route is waymarked using pink arrows and pink tape; hazards and road junctions are marked with caution signs. The event provides chip timing, water stations and on-course refreshments, first aid cover and friendly marshals. Every finisher receives a high-quality metal medal, a finisher goodie, a refreshing drink and a personalised certificate. Bib numbers are collected at registration and should be displayed on the front of the runner.
The event operates a plastic-free policy at water stations; entrants are requested to bring a reusable cup or bottle. Spectators are welcome. Dogs are not allowed on the course or event site. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
