The event takes place at Goodwood Motor Circuit in Chichester (PO18 0PH) and offers multiple measured race distances on the circuit’s traffic-free tarmac.

Entries include a themed finisher medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post-race goodies. Race packs are not posted; they are collected at registration on the day. A secure baggage area is provided and baggage tags attach to the race number. Water is supplied on each lap and at the finish.
The route uses measured laps inside the historic perimeter road with clear wayfinding, supportive marshals and a finish under the RunThrough gantry. The event features an event village with food and drink and on-course staff providing guidance.
Spectators are welcome and are advised to remain in the event village to view start and finish areas. Dogs are not permitted inside the venue except for guide dogs. Wheelchair athletes and buggy runners are welcome; disabled parking is available inside the track. Parking for the event is organised in Car Park C.
