Stanley Park 10k
The Stanley Park 10k takes place on Sunday 21st February 2027 in Stanley Park, Blackpool, postcode FY3 9HQ. The course is a certified, accurately measured double loop that circles the park. The route is flat and follows established park paths; the two-lap design keeps much of the action visible for spectators who remain in the park. The same course is used later in the year for the Autumn Breaker 10k.
The event is UKA licensed and uses chip timing. Race services listed by the organiser include a staffed water station at the halfway point supplying 500 ml bottled water, free photography, full medical support and marshals. All finishers receive a commemorative medal and are offered drinks and snacks at the finish. Individual prizes are awarded to the first three men and first three ladies and to the first male and female in each veteran category; prize winners receive vouchers by email.
Entry is open to anyone aged over 15 on the day and is by online entry only; postal entries are not accepted. Standard entry fee is £25 with a reduced rate of £23 for UKA and ARC running club members. Commemorative tech t-shirts are available for purchase for £10 and are collected on event day. Bib numbers are collected at the race venue on the day; participants should bring their email confirmation or payment receipt. Portable toilets are provided at Race HQ and toilets, changing and shower facilities are available at the stadium and adjacent sports centre.
