Stairs for Strides 5K

Prepacket pickup is available Friday May 8 at NAMI's downtown Wheeling office, 1035 Chapline Street. On race day there will be registration and packet pickup, food trucks, and an awards ceremony.
Each participant receives a sweat head band, wristbands, and a participation medal for completing the 5K or the 1 Mile. Awards for the 5K Run/Walk and the 5K Competitive Walk include Top 3 overall female and male, plus Top 3 female and male in these age groups: 14-Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
