1/2-mile Fun Run

The 5K entry fee is $35. The Fun Run entry fee is $20. Registration closes on April 11, 2026 at 9:30 AM EDT. The 5K is open to participants aged 105 and under. At the conclusion of the 5K there will be trophies, awards and door prizes. Light refreshments will be available.

Logistics and charity

Race packets are distributed at Gypsy Hill Park at the Bandstand on Friday, April 10, 2026 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 8:00 to 9:30 AM. The park surroundings include the Duck Pond, a miniature train, baseball fields and playgrounds. Proceeds from the event go to the DeHaven Fund, which awards annual scholarships to students with financial need who are pursuing college degrees.
