St Valentine's 30k
The St Valentine's 30k is a club race organized by the Stamford Striders. Taking place at the Stamford Welland Academy, the 2027 edition marks the 33rd year of this event. The race is held annually on the Sunday closest to St Valentine's Day and is managed by runners for runners.

Participants have the option to receive a race shirt or contribute to environmental efforts through a program that plants trees instead of providing apparel. There is also an option to choose both. The race shirts are an athletic fit and generally run small in size.
Special categories include the Valentine Pair registration for runners in a relationship. Pairs who enter together receive a box of chocolates and are eligible for combined time prizes. The event operates with a no-refunds policy, though a transfer system is available for runners to move their entry to another person or someone on the waiting list.
