St. Pats 24 Hour Race : South Bend, IN
The event offers timed trail running on the looped trails of St. Patrick's County Park in South Bend, located at 50651 Laurel Road. Multiple race durations are held on the same course, with runners covering mostly dirt and grass trails and three short crossings on asphalt.
Facilities at the park allow participants and crews to remain on site overnight, use shower facilities, and eat while sheltered from weather. The course layout includes a special final segment: during the last 30 minutes of each race there is a 0.25 mile out-and-back section available for runners who choose to continue.
Proceeds from the event are donated to the ALS community.
