St. Patrick's Day 5k : Hampshire
The St. Patrick's Day 5k takes place in Hampshire on March 14, 2026. The course begins and ends on State Street by the Copper Barrel (172 S State St) and includes a post race party at the Copper Barrel with refreshments.
Participants receive a bib number and a ticket for a festive green beer or lemonade and other refreshments after crossing the finish. An optional race Swag Pack is available for an additional fee; swag quantities become limited after February 23, 2026. Swag items may be picked up beginning March 11 at the Hampshire Park District Office, 182 S. State Street, during office hours or on race day at the Copper Barrel.
The event is professionally timed and online results will be posted after the race. Medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each listed age group. Age groups are 7 and under, 8–12, 13–18, 19–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, and 70 plus. Participants must complete the course within 1 hour 15 minutes.
Registration includes separate fees for children and adults and follows a tiered pricing schedule with an online registration deadline of March 13, 2026.
