The St. Patrick's Day 4-Miler is a 24th annual, 4-mile road race held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, in Binghamton, New York. The event takes place at 9 Leroy Street, Binghamton, NY 13905. Net race proceeds during the past 10 years have totaled approximately $40,000 and have supported community outreach programs run by St. Patrick's Church, providing food, clothing and showers to local residents. The event includes a returning City of Binghamton Fire vs. Police Departments Challenge.
Registration, tickets, awards and post-race
Multiple ticket options are offered with differing inclusions and prices: the VIP Ticket with full swag and post-race party ($35), the Lite Ticket without swag ($25), the Fire vs. Police Challenge entry ($35), and a Student Ticket for non-college students with full swag ($25). Online registration for listed events ends March 9, 2026 at 12:01am EDT; swag registration closes at midnight on February 22. Race day registration is available.
Awards for overall finishers (male and female) are 1st $100 plus a hoody, 2nd $75, and 3rd $50. Masters 1st place (male and female) receives $100 plus a hoody. Hoodies are awarded to top finishers in 10-year age groups and pastry treats are given to the top three in each 10-year age group. The post-race party features Irish fare such as corned beef sandwiches, pizza and Guinness, and music by the BC Celtic Pipe and Drum band.
