St. Luke's Half Marathon & 5K takes place April 25-26, 2026 in Allentown, PA. The event base is William Allen High School at 126 N. 17th Street, Allentown, PA 18104. The weekend includes multiple races and a youth run.

The Youth Run is held in Lehigh Parkway at 1600 Park Drive, and participation for children is free. A race expo is scheduled at St. SportsPlex Home of Pickleball Lehigh Valley, 4636 Crackersport Road, Allentown, PA 18104.
Additional information
The half marathon course will open to traffic after three hours due to City of Allentown regulations. Race day registration is not available. Proceeds benefit grants, scholarships, and other programs administered by the Lehigh Valley Road Runners. Participants using a bib that is not their own will be banned from LVRR events for one year; race bandits are banned from all LVRR events for one year.
