The St. Joseph, Missouri Marathon is a multi-distance road race hosted at Civic Center Park in downtown Saint Joseph, Missouri. The event offers multiple race options and a relay element that covers the full route with teams of five.

- Full marathon (26.2 miles)
- Half marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- Marathon relay (five-person teams)
The full and half courses are USATF certified and travel from the north to the south side of the city, highlighting local landmarks, historic streets and the parkway system. The full marathon is divided into five legs (ranging from about 4.4 to 6.2 miles) that include varied terrain with several uphill and downhill sections. Split points and aid stations are provided along the course; aid stations appear every two to three miles and supply water, Gatorade, energy gel, basic first aid items and portable toilets.
Event services include race timing with chip technology, a finisher’s medal, participant shirt and towel, a sponsor swag bag, and on-course pacers provided in partnership with a local pacing group. Packet pickup and a pre-race vendor fair are held near the start area. After the race, a Post Race Chill Out in Civic Center Park features complimentary beer and a tenderloin, live music, food options and vendor booths. Complimentary downtown parking is available.
