St Clements Fun Run
St Clements School hosts its third annual Fun Run and Walk on an accessible 5 km course. The event is organised by the St Clements Parent Council as a community fundraiser for the pupils and follows the school route that supported the opening of a new playpark in August 2025. Fancy dress is encouraged and a prize will be awarded for best costume. A bar area will offer refreshments and cake while a local band provides music, and raffle tickets and a teddy name guessing activity will be available.
The course is approximately 5 km and consists of two laps. The route starts in front of Ross County Football Club, proceeds along Jubilee Park Road, turns onto Ferry Road to the ferry point, returns along the canal footpath past the caravan park and continues to finish inside the stadium in front of the main stand.
The event has an entry limit of 250. If places remain, on-the-day entry may be possible. The run is open to all; children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult who also holds a valid entry. All finishers receive a medal and a goodie bag; trophies are awarded to first, second and third places. The course is wheelchair accessible. No dogs are permitted except assistance dogs. A water station will be available at the finish. The event is a fun run and will not be timed.
Entrants are asked to raise sponsorship with a minimum target of £30. Parking is available at the Ross County FC car park and toilets and refreshments are available at the stadium. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
