St. Catherine's Autumnfest takes place on September 19, 2026 at the parking lot of St. Catherine's Church, 1705 E. Peters Colony Rd, Carrollton, TX 75007. The event includes two measured road distances and is organized as a community road race.

Both the 5K and the 1 mile are timed with chip timing provided by Run2Win Timing Services. T-shirt availability is linked to registration timing: registrations completed by September 10, 2026 are guaranteed a T-shirt. Late registration begins on September 10 and T-shirts are not guaranteed after that date.
Published registration fees vary by event and date. Current published prices are $39.74 for the 5K and $28.99 for the 1 mile during the initial registration period, with higher fees for registrations after September 10. A Family 5 Pack option applies a $5 discount per person and has separate early and late prices.
Age divisions are listed as 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 plus.
