Proceeds benefit the Mom’s Ministry of St. Ann. The ministry serves mothers with children ages 0 to 18 in a parish of about 30,000 parishioners, offering monthly gatherings for prayer, fellowship, hospitality and faith enrichment. The ministry also organizes playdates and events across the DFW area, runs a twice yearly seven week series for new mothers with infants under one year, and maintains a support group for mothers who have lost a child.
Each race registration includes a t-shirt and a finisher’s medal. Registration fees vary by period: early, regular and late registration windows with higher fees in later windows. A group discount of $15 applies when registering five or more people; no code is required.
Volunteer roles and sponsorship opportunities are available to support the event and the ministry. Sponsorship proceeds are directed to the Mom’s Ministry to support its programs and outreach in Coppell, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Irving and nearby communities.
