Event Overview

The St Abbans Fit4Life 4K League is a multi-round running series taking place across various locations in County Laois. This league consists of six distinct races scheduled between May and July 2026. Participants can choose to enter individual rounds or register for the entire series.

The league visits different local communities on specific dates:

4 km race in Luggacurran on May 6th
4 km race in Kileen on May 20th
4 km race in Rossmore on June 3rd
4 km race in Barrowhouse on June 17th
4 km race in Wolfhill on July 1st
4 km race in Monavea on July 15th

Participation and Registration

Registration is available for individual races at a cost of 8 euro per event. Participants also have the option to book the full six-race league online for a total of 50 euro. Those who register for the complete series online receive a commemorative T-shirt. Number pickup for the events begins one hour prior to the race start at the respective location.
