St Abbans Fit 4 Life 4km League 2026

St Abbans Fit 4 Life 4km League 2026 is a six-race running series in County Laois hosted by St Abbans AC. Each race covers a distance of 4 km and the series is scheduled across late spring and summer 2026.

Races are set for 6 May in Luggacurran, 20 May in Kileen, 3 June in Rossmore, 17 June in Barrowhouse, 1 July in Wolfhill and 15 July in Monavea. Events take place at those village locations within Co Laois.

Entry costs are stated as €8 per race. There is an option to register for all six races for €50 and the first 100 people who register for all six are offered a T shirt.
